Hello Students!! My name is Smitta. I'm an English language expert. The three words that best describe me are "Self-Reliant, Perseverant and Optimistic and I truly believe with all my heart that if any Individual possesses these qualities, then he can be successful in any situation. Along with Academic Excellence, it is our duty to equip our children with 21st Century skills viz. Empathy, team-work, Cooperation, forgiveness & so on). ABOUT MY SELF I was born and raised in New-Delhi. I got admission in B. B . P . S (Ganga Ram) while I was only 2 and a 1/2 years. I did Graduation (BBA) from IP University and worked in Barclays,UK Bank as a Process Advisor and B. Ed from S. N . D . T University with Distinction. I also cleared CTET examination. My recent achievement is that I secured Grade 8 in IELTS Exam (Academic Module) in the first attempt without coaching. I have 10 years of teaching experience. My hobbies include Swimming & playing with Words & Numbers. Communication is my best skill and teaching comes naturally to me. I'm a motivational speaker & I conduct seminars on Communication & Personality Development. MY PHILOSOPHY OF EDUCATION First and foremost , I would like to talk about what I feel is true education, true education is one that brings the best out of every human being. Given today's day & age , it is important to develop into a responsible and a good human being that aspires to serve the society in a constructive way. I love reading, I'm an ardent reader , My Second passion is learning new and creative ways of teaching Grammar. My philosophy is that the best class is one, where there is maximum interaction and learning is done through Experimentation. (Experiential Learning). NOTE TO PARENTS Every child chooses to express their interests in a certain way and every child comes with his own skill set ,our role is significant in identifying their pace of learning and recognizing their Intelligence type (Linguistic, Bodily-kin esthetic,Visual-Mathematical,Spatial,Inter Personal),on the basis of our observation , we can prepare a suitable teaching Methodology for the. One most important rule to remember is never compare children, this is the key to building a positive and trusting relationship and learning to talk to them so that they listen to you and listen to them so well that they enjoy talking out their heart to you. The best moment in life is to find out , the purpose of why you were born, the day when you find that out, that is the best day of your life, then there is no looking back. God made you with a purpose, we need to figure out who will bring us closer to our dream.
